"EXTRA HARD" is an anatomical double—sided mattress with a block of independent ANTINOISE springs in combination with highly elastic polyurethane foam and a layer of coconut. Spring block. The ANTINOISE spring block is manufactured using the latest high-tech, fully automated equipment from one of the world's leading manufacturers. Springs — increased elasticity and variable stiffness, increased height 220-240 mm, packed in separate bags with a height of 170-175 mm, are compressed under pressure, providing the necessary reserve of elasticity and rigidity. Each spring is compressed independently of the others. The spring block has different stiffness zones: a reinforced middle part and softer areas of the head and legs. Such a springblock ensures the most natural position of the spine during rest. As an insulating layer between the spring block and the mattress fillers, a high-density "SPUNBOND-PROTECT" material is used, which reduces friction between the flooring layers and the spring block in the mattress, protecting the product from wear. Soft fillers. On one side of the spring block is a layer of coconut fiber in combination with natural latex of 10 mm, which gives additional rigidity, and a layer of highly elastic polyurethane foam of increased elasticity with a height of 12 mm. Instead of coconut coir, a lekan with a density of 600 g / sq.m. can be used. As a result, the mattress has a super hard surface on this side. On the other hand, a highly elastic polyurethane foam of increased elasticity with a height of 25 mm, made with a wave according to a unique cutting system, creates a massage and "stretching" effect of the spine, while allowing you to relieve muscle tension, normalizes blood circulation and maintains muscle elasticity during sleep. The surface of the product on this side is rigid. Due to the different rigidity of the sides, you can choose a surface for sleeping based on your well-being and mood. In addition, on the medium hard side of the mattress it will be warm on cold nights, and on the hard side it will be nice to relax in the hot summer.
The mattress has 9 comfort zones. The rigid side (zone) on the side of the coconut filler evenly distributes the load over the entire horizontal surface of the mattress and provides directional support for the spine. The body weight is evenly distributed over the surface of the mattress, which provides the most comfortable support for the body, eliminating the need for frequent changes of sleeping posture. Additional 5 stiffness zones, formed due to the unique zonal cutting system of highly elastic polyurethane foam with increased elasticity, take into account the physiology of the human body as much as possible. Due to this, the spine relaxes as much as possible in all departments and stretches (the "stretching" effect of the spine). To improve the performance, the perimeter of the mattress is reinforced with a box made of highly elastic polyurethane foam of increased elasticity. The polyurethane foam used for the manufacture of the mattress has a CertiPUR certificate of conformity. It testifies to the environmental friendliness and safety of products. In the specialized testing laboratory of the Republic of Belarus, the mattress has been tested for the durability of springs and shrinkage of soft elements. According to the test results, there is a declaration of conformity of the product to safety standards. The mattresses we produce have withstood 29,000 drum rolling cycles. And tests in our own laboratory showed that the mattress withstood 30,000 cycles with a load of 180 kg. This guarantees a long service life of the product.
